Yee-haw!Union Station will soon be home to one of downtown Indianapolis's biggest restaurants. The Cadillac Ranch is slated to open by the end of this year, and will occupy around 15,000 square feet. The Western-style restaurant will be situated along a rail overpass on South Meridian Street, between the Wholesale District and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Billed as an All-American bar and grill, the Cadillac Ranch serves up steaks, chops, barbecue, and burgers, including homestyle favorites like fried chicken, pulled pork, and homemade meatloaf. Dessert offerings include fried cheesecake, hot apple crisp, and dippin' dots ice cream. "Pick two" combos consisting of a variety of soup, salad and half-sandwich combinations cater to the lunchtime crowd.
The bar serves up a host of cocktails, from strawberry margaritas to appletinis to Cosmopolitans. The restaurant will include an outdoor deck on the south side of the overpass and, for the adventurous, a mechanical bull.
Indianapolis will represent the franchise's eighth location. Current locations include Cleveland; Cincinnati; Las Vegas; Nashville; Reno; National Harbor, Maryland; and Tempe, Arizona.
