L. S. Ayres Tea Room
From 1905 to 1990, the L.S. Ayres Tea Room was the place to go for lunch. A favorite among women and businessmen, the tea room was an icon of Indianapolis. It closed its doors in 1990 but was recreated inside the Indiana State Museum because of its rich history to the city. Inside, the tea room looks just as it originally did and some of the old menu favorites also made the transition. The most popular menu items - the Velvet Chicken Soup and the Clown Sundae dessert for kids. At Christmas, the tearoom is decorated beautifully for the holidays. It is also very popular around Mother's Day.

The Propylaeum Tea Room
The Probylaem is is not only a historic home but also a club for Indianapolis-area women. It was founded in 1888 and since then has been a social and cultural center. Perhaps it's most famous for its tearoom. In addition to lunch, which is served Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., The Probylaem offers a ton of special events. These events include everything from high teas to etiquette lessons to family craft nights.

R. L. Wilson House
The R. L. Wilson House is a historic home that has been renovated in and is beautifully decorated with antiques and period furniture. The grounds have over 700 plants, bushes, and bulbs. Heavenly Sweets Cakes, a popular bakery in Noblesville, owns and operates the R. L. Wilson House. The tearoom is perfect for rehearsal dinners, private parties, rshowers, luncheons, dinners, birthday party and private teas.

Rita's Garden Center and Tearoom
Rita's Garden Center and Tearoom is located on the grounds of the historic farmstead of the Brooks family - on of the founding families of Fall Creek. The Garden Center is full of beautiful flowers and plants and a staple in Fishers. The tearoom is located in the historic Brooks family barn, beside the gift shop. Lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Rita's even offers gluten-free menu items. In addition to their lunch hours, the tearoom is available upon request and for special occasions such as baby and bridal showers, birthday parties and more.
