This weekend, Conner Prairie is celebrating their Grand Reopening of 1836 Prairietown. The museum has made the exhibit more interactive with a new entryway that transports visitors back in time, new structures and more activities. As a potential resident of 1836 Prairietown, visitors can become part of the town. Get a job, secure a home and face hardships and obstacles that pioneers faced. At the end of the journey, you'll decide if you want to stay in the town or move further West. Enjoy games, puppet shows, live music and much more.
The Grand Reopening takes place this Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission into the museum is $14 for adults, $13 for seniors 65+, $9 for youth 2-12 and free for members and youth under 2.
