Renaissance Faire Discount Tickets Available through Saturday

The 2009 Annual Fishers Renaissance Faire will be held at Conner Prairie, Oct. 3-4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and discount tickets can be purchased online through Saturday, Sept. 26. The discount price is $2 less than the gate ticket prices of $8 for ages 13 and up and $5 for kids 5-12 (kids 4 and under are free). One of Indy's biggest festivals, the fair features everything medieval, from troubadours, Shakespearean skits, dancers, magicians, fire eaters, fairies and jousting to artisans vending their wares, a kids' carnival, and of course, plenty of food and drink.
