Well, not Hollywood exactly, but close enough. Joanna Lees of Fishers is at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California, this week being taped as a contestant for the game show Jeopardy! Lees, age 25, is a Noblesville High School alumni and a 2007 graduate of Ball State University, where she earned her degree in journalism. Her stint on Jeopardy! comes at a good time, as she's currently looking for a job in a very tight market.
Lees is one of more than 60 Hoosiers to appear on the show during its 25-year run to date. Ten contestants have been from Indianapolis, and Joanna is the third to hail from Fishers.
The episode in which Joanna will appear is scheduled to air in June. Stay tuned!
